Welcome to the SLVC!

Since its inception in 1984, the Service-Learning Volunteer Center continues to enrich the lives of our community members through intergenerational and interpretive service projects. Here at the SLVC, we want to make sure that students leave their mark on the community and gain valuable career experience through service projects. The SLVC fulfills the "Service and Civic Engagement" pillar of the Six Pillars of the OSU Experience, meaning that it is considered a critical component to success in school, careers, and life.

It is only through the exceptional spirit of volunteerism at Oklahoma State University that the SLVC records immense success in its programs and activities. With more than 240,000 hours of community service recorded in the last four years, we continue to set and reach new goals.
